Jackson is absolutely thrilled and honored to be making his ShenCo Directorial Debut with TICK, TICK ... BOOM. Recent credits include Mark in RENT (Shenandoah Conservatory) and Georg in SPRING AWAKENING (Hornets Nest). He would like to thank his teachers, family, friends, and Alexa for always supporting him and challenging him to grow. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Carter Perryman is a musical theatre accompanying major in his sophomore year. He is delighted to make his Hornet’s Nest Debut, as the Music Director for TICK, TICK… BOOM. This fall at Shenandoah Conservatory’s he played for
LEGALLY BLONDE, and was a Synthesizer and Electronic Music consultant for WAITRESS. This summer he played in the Pit Orchestra for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre’s productions of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and The DROWSY CHAPERONE. Carter is from Chattanooga Tennessee, where he's worked on community, and high school theatrical productions such as SOMETHING ROTTEN!, GODSPELL, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, THEORY OF RELATIVITY, CHICAGO, and many more. Carter would like to thank his friends, family, and Patrick Brady for their mentorship and support throughout his journey.
Erin Lee Shields is a Senior Acting Major and Co-President of Hornets' Nest Student Theatre at Shenandoah Conservatory. Cabe is a Senior Musical Theatre major from Little Rock, Arkansas, and was most recently seen in Into The Woods here at SU! Some favorite roles include Claire in Ordinary Days, Jo March in Little Women and Morticia Addams in The Addams Family. Cabe is also the Co-President of the Hornets' Nest Board, and thanks you all for supporting this student group!!

She had a great time working on Spring Awakening last semester and since then has joined the Hornets Nest Team, and is very excited to continue doing tech for their shows. She has a primary emphasis in sound design and reinforcement, specialized studies in production management, and a certificate in lighting design. In the past, Maggie has worked as sound designer, audio supervisor, engineer, A2, production electrician, and production manager at SU. She has additionally worked as a professional A1 and A2 at Barrington Stage Company, working on The New York Times and Boston Globe Critics Pick productions such as A New Brain, and world premieres such as The Happiest Man on Earth and Tiny Father. Maggie has just completed a global tour of Acis and Galatea and the SU Collegiate Premier of Waitress, and is excited to work with Hornet's Nest on this production of Tick, Tick... Boom!

Meet the Orchestra
Josh is excited to make his bass-playing debut with TICK, TICK…BOOM! He has played keyboards for a plethora of mainstage SU productions and serves as the Music Representative for Hornets’ Nest, where he has supervised such shows as SPRING AWAKENING (music supervisor, guitar 1), WORKING (music supervisor, co-music director, conductor), and REEFER MADNESS (assistant music director, keyboard/conductor). Josh would like to shout out his incredible fiancée Erin Lee Shields, who he loves so dearly and is a constant inspiration to him.
Evan Gray (Guitar) is thrilled to be playing in the pit for this incredible production of TICK TICK… BOOM. He was most recently seen in the collegiate premiere of WAITRESS as ‘Ogie’. He has played guitar in the orchestra for Hornets Nest’s production of WORKING, as well as other various projects at Shenandoah.
Thomas Lightsey is a senior musical theater major at Shenandoah Conservatory, originally from Orlando, Florida. He was most recently seen onstage as Emmett Forrest in Shenandoah’s production of LEGALLY BLONDE. You may have also heard him on drums in the orchestra pits of Hornets’ Nest’s productions of SPRING AWAKENING and WORKING.
